Mindfulness is accessible for anyone at any stage of life
We provide engaging mindfulness classes for couples, families, and small groups. All of our mindfulness classes can be uniquely adapted to address specific areas of training that you would like to focus on.
Personal, one-on-one mindfulness training and coaching is also available for youth and adults.
No experience is necessary for these classes and everyone is welcome. Our foundation is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for you to open the door and welcome yourself openly and with compassion and care.
