What makes Manitou different?
At Manitou Center we have a number of traditional health and wellness practices to choose from when you join our community. We see these practices as a vehicle by which to better ourselves in a variety of manners: health, wellness, awareness, concentration, self-confidence…the list is guided by what you bring to your own practice within our learning community setting.
Youth have access to a variety of holistic practices that engage their bodies and minds. Additionally, we focus on collaboration as a community within our courses. The idea is that when we strive to grow together, we make more significant gains…and arguably have more fun!
All classes are taught by professionals who have devoted a significant portion of their lives to training and teaching in these discipline areas.
