The Heart Sutra is one of the most recognized and widely practiced of the Prajnaparamita literature of Mahayana Buddhism. In this course, we will look at some of the history behind this wonderful sutra as well as take a moment to walk through the version of the sutra we practice and unpack some of the infinite depth included within it. We will conclude each period with course participants chanting of this sutra together followed by a brief period of sitting.
