This noon hour mindfulness meditation session is open to those wanting a short, but valuable break in the day. This important time offers individuals time to check-in, digest the day, pause, breath and freshen the mind, body and heart for the rest of the day. The 30 minutes is spent primarily in silence, however there is an instructor present to offer guided meditation for those wanting that additional support as well. All supplies are provided and there is no cost to attend. Feel free to invite friends, family and co-workers.
